Step 1: No-Cost, No-Obligation Energy Analysis
What are your goals? Do you want to save money? Upgrade your lighting? Have more efficient refrigeration? Have more efficient HVAC systems?
A TEAA project manager will talk to you about your goals and capabilities, then schedule a no-cost, no-obligation energy analysis of your facility and prepare an Energy Cost Savings Recommendation report. This report shows existing and proposed equipment, potential energy savings, potential incentive, and project costs.
Your project manager will work with you to ensure you receive the maximum incentive available. They coordinate your project from start to finish, handling all paperwork and competitive bids. TEAA can apply the incentive directly to your project, lowering your out-of-pocket cost and eliminating the hassle of obtaining your rebate.
Step 2: Installation
We work with a network of trusted local contractors and installers to get you the best value for your project. You may also use your own preferred contractor, or install the project yourself. However the project is installed, we coordinate around your schedule in order to limit disruption at your business.
3. Completion & Approval
Once your retrofit is complete, your project manager will meet with you and conduct a final walk-through to verify your satisfaction. TEAA inspects 100% of all projects to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
